TIE Lesson Plan
For my TIE blog 1, I am planning on doing my math lesson over first, next and last.  I would start by reading the students a book on the order of things from first, next and last and then we will go over a powerpoint that I put on VoiceThread.  The students will then work on a worksheet that deals with first, next and last and I will choose one student from each table to record their answers on VoiceThread using doodle and writing an F for first, an N for next and an L for last.

Multiple Intelligences

VERBAL/LINGUISTIC:  The teacher will ask questions and have the students answer them.

LOGICAL/MATHEMATICAL:  The students will be ordering pictures using the terms, first, next and last.

SPACIAL/VISUAL:  The students will use Voice Thread to look at pictures and decide which order they go in, along with a handout that I will give them.

            MUSICAL:  Sing song to “My Fair Lady” rhythm

            BODILY/KINESTHETIC:  The students will use their hands to put three different pictures in order on a mat they are given.

INTERPERSONAL:  The students will work as a group to decide which order their pictures go in.

INTRAPERSONAL:  The students will put in order certain tasks that are on the handout that I give them

NATURALIST:  The students will be writing the terms first, next and last under pictures to show, which of the three pictures comes first, next and last.  A couple of the pictures have to do with building a house and growing an apple tree.
